Great news for our European visitors
Ryanair has announced that it is to start flying from Newquay Airport again. This will provide routes to Alicante and Frankfurt.
The new services will begin operating twice weekly from April 2016. It is estimated 35,000 customers a year will use the service.
The budget airline scrapped all of its flights from the resort when a controversial £5 charge for every departing passenger over 16 was imposed by airport owners Cornwall Council in 2006.
